How do I verify a seller?
Ask the seller for their TruePass code, then enter it at truepass.app/verify or in the TruePass app. You'll instantly see if they're verified.
How do I get verified as a dealer?
Create a dealer account, then complete the verification steps: face verification, link social accounts, and confirm payment methods.
I forgot my password
Use the "Forgot password" link on the login page to reset your password via email.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to your dealer dashboard under Settings → Billing to manage or cancel your subscription. You can also email support@truepass.app for assistance.
