Delete Your Account

Request permanent deletion of your TruePass account and data.

This action is permanent

Once your account is deleted, all of your data will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered. This includes your profile, verification history, trust codes, deal rooms, and transaction records.

What gets deleted

  • Your account credentials and profile information
  • Dealer profile, verification status, and public listing (if applicable)
  • All trust codes generated by your account
  • Deal room history and associated messages
  • Transaction and verification history
  • Saved payment methods and billing data

How to request deletion

To delete your account, send an email to the address below from the email associated with your TruePass account. Include "Delete My Account" in the subject line. We will verify your identity and process the request within 7 business days.

What happens next

  1. We receive your request and verify your identity via your registered email.
  2. Your account is deactivated immediately and removed from public listings.
  3. All personal data is permanently deleted within 7 business days.
  4. You receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete.

If you have an active subscription, it will be cancelled automatically upon account deletion. If you have questions, contact support@truepass.app.
